As you can see, the Barefoot Resort website has a whole new look and is packed with features. In order to better serve residents, OMNI is upgrading the websites of the communities it manages. The OMNI community websites are meant to facilitate communication between OMNI and residents. Many of the service requests made by OMNI residents can often be resolved through information available on the community website. For instance, securing copies of association documents or various association related forms.

This newly designed website has several great features. On the front page you will find Local News Headlines, Local Weather Forecast, a list of the latest Association Documents, links to Pool and Clubhouse information, and an Event Calendar. You will also find links to a Frequently Asked Questions page, an OMNI Community Update Email and a quick link to the OMNI HelpDesk. There are many documents available on the Association Documents page. The Community Directory and Financial Reports are Password Protected, so you must Login in order to access these.
